Refund Eligibility

  • Services Not Provided: If a contracted service has not been delivered, you may request a refund within 7 business days after the expected service delivery date.
  • Incomplete Services: If services are interrupted or not completed as agreed, you may request a partial refund. The refund will be proportional to the work completed up to the date of the refund request.

Billing Errors

If a billing error occurs, please notify us immediately. We will review the issue and, if applicable, issue the necessary correction or refund promptly.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your contract, we kindly request that you provide 30 days’ notice. The following terms apply:

  • You will be billed only for the 30-day notice period.
  • No penalties or additional fees will be applied.

Expectations of Results

The services provided by SevenX Digital are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. While we work diligently to deliver high-quality strategies, results, and leads, our work does not include the act of selling. Sales performance is the sole responsibility of the client or their sales team.

It is important to understand that factors such as market behavior, client follow-up, and internal sales processes directly impact results. Refunds or chargebacks cannot be requested due to a lack of sales or closed deals, as these fall outside the scope of our services.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been delivered and approved by the client.
  • Costs related to tools, software, or licenses purchased specifically for the project.
  • Creative work (e.g., design or copywriting) that has been partially or fully delivered, as it reflects hours worked.

Initial Alignment

At the beginning of every project, we provide a detailed scope that outlines objectives, expectations, timelines, and a structured schedule. This alignment is essential to ensure both parties are on the same page regarding strategies and goals before work begins. If any adjustments are needed, our team is available to discuss and adapt the strategies within the agreed-upon scope.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. For cancellations, our team will confirm the process within 48 hours.
